Would you buy this 996?

If I was hunting for a car I'd take a look at that but obviously have my eyes wide open obviously Ppi from a trusted source and take any warranty offered with a pinch of salt
The old keepers address would be on the log book so think I'd take a snap and drop him/her a note letting them know what I paid and when etc
