Forgive my ignorance, but is a Halogen 997.1 headlight the same thing as the Projector headlight. If not will either fit "plug and play" as a pair of course?

What car have you got?
It's fairly rare to see halogen 997 lights. If you've anything other than a non-S Carrera, I'd get the bi-xenon version.
