Avon ZZ5

How are the Yokohama's holding up a few months down the line...?

I'm running Avons on my 964 as an 'experiment'. No complaints with them on a C4.

Illuminati will convince you on the N rated aspect

Went for a 4 hour spirited drive up through the Yorkshire Dales yesterday on various road surfaces and conditions, plenty of wet & damp sections, mainly "B" & "C" roads

The Yokohama's performed extremely well & I also noticed how quiet they were on most surfaces

Thanks for the heads up jpsh120
Can't believe how badly the pirellis have aged, they are badly cracked at under 2 years old.

Just a quick note re the cracking, if on the edge of the tread and you use tyre black/shine regularly then this could also be the cause. Most tyre products dry the rubber out over time leaving cracks in the rubber. ;)
