Hi all,

as you might have seen I recently got a 964 C4. The car unusually has got a roof antenna which looks like it was installed ages ago for a phone kit but there is not phone elements in the car itself.

Do you know what options do I have if I want to get rid of it?
Would audio signal for radio be lost? I presume radio uses the roof antenna now as opposed to the windscreen one.

The only information I found online is this instruction for telephone kit retrofit showing how it was done.

Pavlov,
Aerial for the radio is a wire embedded in the front screen.
I'd leave that in the roof. I think once removed you'll end up putting a ugly grommet in there or welding it up and reprinting the roof...
