Don't agree the MOTs and servicing prove it. Speedo could be unplugged or swapped out for another in under a minute. Do agree the condition of the interior could play some part in gauging use though on very low mile examples. Harder as time goes on, a car that does more short trips could have higher wear on the bolsters than one which has been used for longer trips. Interior parts can be replaced. There must be a huge temptation to do this now with so much money at stake – it has been going on for years even when the cars were worth half as much.

I learnt that FULL service history means different things to different people. Much like 'immaculate condition' which changes to ' what do you expect, the car is xx years old' when the glaring defects are pointed out.
