Digital power module for all kind of passenger cars with Common-Rail fuel system. Fully compatible to the latest diesel technology. A unique turbo function called "PLUS" gives earlier and a bit higher boost pressure which will result in even better performance than the standard CR5-module where the PLUS function is deactivated. No power settings to adjust. Naturally plug-in connection!
A completely new power module, CR5 has passed the last tests and is now in full production. Our experiences have given several new features to our new power module for Common-Rail engines.
Water proof aluminum housing and automotive connector between module and cable loom for a sturdy and absolutely corrosive proof construction.
Individual software for any vehicle model. No power settings to adjust.
Software controlled boost-control called PLUS-function, is continuously developed to fit new models. Power enhancement up to approx. +60hp and +120Nm! The diagnosis system of the vehicle will stay intact to keep the load limits.
ProMotech's CR5-module is based on very advanced dynamic digital technics and developed for engines with Common-Rail fuel system. Compatible with vehicles equipped with second generation of particle filter and piezo- injectors. Re-programmable which makes it possible to install the power module into another car with the same type of fuel injection system. A new cable loom is sometimes needed. The CR5-modules are integreated in a unique article- and serial number system, which provides follow up in questions regarding warranty and so on. The power module have passed hours of tests in hard thermal- and physical strains, to prove it's reliability. Adjustment factors are Fuelling, Timing and Boost.
