What would an alarm ignition circuit fault mean?

I have a PA1000 and the Porsche factory fit too.
The door LEDs are flashing double indicating a fault.
When I disarmed the alarm the indicators flashed 6 times indicating a problem with the ignition.
So what does that mean?
Some kind of pcb fault? Or something else?
My daughter dropped some keys under the passenger seat. They took quite a bit of fishing out. I was very careful to not disturb anything, nevertheless, it seems quite a coincidence.
I am a complete numpty with electrical stuff, but I wonder about unplugging something and plugging back it in again, but what?
Or get an alarm "specialist" to take a look? Any recommendations in Kent?
Thanks in advance.

I believe they still refurbish/repair the units if needed too.

Thanks, I'll try H&P. I know where they are.

What is under the passenger seat that I might have disturbed?
