Help with parking sensor relocation

Hi all,
Don't ask how :x , but I need to pop the parking sensor back in position as per the picture. (Yes she's dirty!)
Assuming the clip is not broken, does anyone know if this is a DIY thing? I'm handy with a socket set, and not worried about getting my hands dirty, but draw the line at removing the whole rear bumper!
Thanks in advance for any help.
