Hotmail Users - New Registration notification email issue

We are aware of an issue impacting new registrations that register with a hotmail email address. For a reason currently under review, the registration notification email sent to Hotmail users are not getting through to a percentage of Hotmail registrations.

This issue is only impacting new registrations and is under investigation.
 
Still under investigation.
