Was it me :?: I thought it was a beer tent and came out with a handful.

Yes, it may well have been you, thanks! (Think a couple of people told me before I actually went and got them).

The frames are from Amazon... Rotterdam Plastic Photo Frame 40,2 x 29,9 Inch ( 76 x 102 cm ). Not exactly cheap, due to the size.

I've just got back from the Spa Classic and Nigel (tdiquattro who suggested the trip to Seb) joined us in his lovely 964 Targa. The latest news is that Seb's car is back in the UK and he is negotiating a mutually acceptable settlement with his insurers.

You're right Andy - the good thing is Seb was OK. After having spent some time at the scene, looking at the car, etc, I can confirm he's a very lucky boy to have escaped unhurt...

Hi there chaps... Have been on here catching up with things for a while but keeping schtum till i have some info. Looks like the rest of the trip was excellent :thumb:

The current situation is that the insurers are trying to write the car off and i am fighting it. If not ,dependant on final figures i shall be buying it back and fixing it. I'm definitely not done with 964s yet, and just not ready to stoop to a watercooled... :lol:

Many thanks to everyone for their support and kind words at the time. I'll ask for this not to turn into a discussion thread but shall update you all when i have finalised with the insurer.

If anyone has any pearls of wisdom re insurers then please feel free to pm me.

Great memories and more trips will be undertaken. What can be better than driving in superb cars in wonderful scenery and on fantastic roads shared with great friends.
