I've seem a lot on google you tube etc showing the 991 has a noise symposer
Which is a pipe from the engine bay that feeds noise up into the car , you can see the out let of this by pulling of the carpeted trim at the bottom of rear window !!
I've done this today and I don't have said pipe ?
Any thoughts or info on this :?:

All you can see is about a 1 inch diameter plastic outlet, right near the rear bulkhead if you remove the cover.
I plugged mine with a microfibres cloth and it allowed me to hear the sports exhaust rather than the fart pipe.
Much quieter when cruising on the motorway too.
