I've been doing a lot of Boxster S research on various forums and I'm confused.
I'm looking for a car to replace my VX220, I test drove a Boxster S and loved it at the weekend. I do around 1 track day a month on standard tyres and around 6000 miles a year as a weekend car.
My confusion: Is the Boxster S fit for track use without modification - some posts recommend oil parts need upgrading? This amazes me as I would consider a Boxster as a car you buy so you can use it both on the road and track.
Is the Gen 2 Boxster free of the cylinder bore scoring issues?
Any help would be much appreciated.
