996 4S or 997 4S??

Like them both, 997 slightly more modern inside . Arguably less of a classic... But that surely is just taste at current time.

the 997 front end is a thing of beauty compared to the 996

admitedly, the rear of the 996 definitely has the edge....the 997 should have carried through the reflector on the middle.....

Although the 996 4S (and the turbo) are the only good looking 996 I would certainly go for the 997.
none of them will become classics due the mass production.

the 997 looks better in every angle (personal taste) and has this extra power.

I would definitely consider a 996 4S but it has to be sub £20k which is far from the 997 4S mark.
