Well got the old girl fired up tonight :D the plan for the winter was to strip out the AFM,air intakes etc as there was signs of an overfill I also wanted to give it a general tidy up and once over so the while your in there turned into

Fan & Housing refurb powdercoat
Intakes Cleaned and powder coated
replace seal Oil Temp sensor and add nuts to hold it in !
Full service oil,valve adjustment,fuel filter
Fit carbon heater bypass & carry out wiring mod
Injectors ultrasonic clean & tested
Fit soundproofing bar to tidy edge up
Paint valve covers and fit new clips
Powdercoat one tinware replace other with new
fit engine bay labels

Sure I have missed some bits wanted to get some bits replated but never managed ( just cleaned up the alternator strap)

so took the DME out turned it over a few times got some oil pressure/fuel put the DME back in fired up first time
:D

so started with this and ended up with below

Amazing work Gaz, she's a credit to you :thumb:

Perfecto!

Can't beat that black and red engine bay

Chris

There seems to be quite a bit of red on the car.

Very nice, but that colour must slow you down,

:)

mmm now that you mention it Pete

Red seat belts
red wheels
red oil filter
red valve covers
red fan
red intakes

Just some tartan with a bit of red to go on the seats and were done, stops me from feeling blue :D

Just some tartan with a bit of red

Ooh nice! A green tartan would be much better of course, Carmichael specifically

Cheers,
Paul

Fantastic work Gaz. The car is a credit to you. It has come a long way from the first time you came down to see us.

Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh soon.
