I m after a OBDII fault code reader that is compatible with a 2005 997.

I m considering this item which is cheap enough for a quick fault code check.

I rang Autel tech support and although its listed as compatible with Porsche the Tech Support guy would not commit 100% to it being compatible and from memory believed it didn't work on his bosses Carrera but he wasn't sure what MY the car was.

Anyone know of any OBDII readers that definitely work on a 997 MY05 or later ?
