I am finally selling my lovely Cobalt Blue 2004 (2005 chassis year), six speed manual Carrera 4S. It has the X51 Power Pack, Litronic headlights, ruffled leather grey interior, crested headrests, Bose audio and Alcantara headlining. Plus all the other things you expect on this model. See the screenshot below of the original email from Hartech which persuaded me to buy it.

It was bought in 2013 from Hartech having had a full engine upgrade/rebuild. It has been on the Hartech service plan constantly since then and everything they suggest to be done at each service has always been done. MOT until February which is also the next service date.

It drives brilliantly and sounds fantastic if you feel like pushing it. It is very fast and handles better than I am prepared to try.

Getting a campervan and can't afford both sadly.

Non-service consumables such as tyres, brakes and disks have been replaced whenever Hartech say so and it has had a new clutch and battery in the last few years.

It benefits from the original tool roll, skinny spare, and inflator.

Mileage on purchase was around 42k and is currently 99,551. So I've done a fair few miles in it – all trouble free.

You will not be disappointed.

I'm looking for around £23k OVNO. PM me if interested.

I'm in Cumbria.

(Note: someone asking about the car said it looked like in one of the pictures, there's a scuff on the bodywork. There isn't. It's just a reflection!)

Looks like a lovely example and in the best colour as well (I might be slightly biased).

Good luck with the sale, I'm sure it will be snapped up by some lucky person.

More details from Hartech

A few people have contacted me asking for further details of the original work done by Hartech which persuaded me to buy it originally. I have added a screenshot of their email to the images. But the text is:

Hi Kevin - The cars not been properly cleaned yet and the colour doesn't photograph well inside & it looks a lot nicer in the flesh - Google "Cobalt Blue" for some better images. The interior is really difficult to photograph, particularly as it's Ruffled Leather and it always reflects badly. Anyway, I've done the best I can inside but they're not great pictures but hopefully give you a good enough impression of the car. I plan to have another go next week outside on a bright day - if we get 1 !!!!

24k Gold Major Service (not yet completed)
£10k Full engine re-build including:

6 New Nikasil plated aluminum alloy cylinders, piston rings, crank bearings, timing chains, complete intermediate shaft with larger 2006 onwards bearing (much bigger and stronger than the original unit), head overhauls etc

New genuine Porsche exhaust silencers (not fitted yet - could be omitted and reduce the price by £600. They don't have to be done but they're corroded along the bottom seams which is very common. They're not leaking and could be changed at a later date). – [I had the new silencers: KB]

12 Months MOT. 3 Months in house warranty subject to terms. Eligible for Lifetime Maintenance Plan at lower rate

The new engine parts have a 2 year/24000 (whichever first) mile warranty subject to terms.

The specification of the car is very high (by Porsche terms) and in brief:
Cobalt Blue
Grey leather
Porsche crest in head rests
PSM
PCM (sat nav)
Bose
Electric multi-directional seats (drivers memory)
Heated seats
X51 Power upgrade pack
CD Multichanger
Alcantara headlining
6 Speed manual
Litronic headlights

All the best. Grant

That's the good stuff :)
