Retuned nuts for cup holder

Folks, I have taken out the cup holder to fix it. I am ever hopeful.

In removing it I discovered that the nuts used to secure the unit have failed. They are mounted in a plastic/rubber grommet-type thing but mine have separated.

Does anyone know a part number, or a source?

FYI .. there's normally a bit of plastic that breaks off of the cup holder that stops the front cover from closing .
