Is there anyone selling rear wiper delete plugs colour matched to the car? If not what's the best plug out there that I can paint myself in GR.

Agreed. But to be fair even $50 unpainted is pretty expensive for what it is

Just as a counterpoint to all this, I bought the following grommet for ~30p

You need the 25mm one. Works very well on a darker colour car, I've got Ocean Blue and it is very hard to spot, and certainly looks 1000% better than that silly wiper.
