Possible to buy a good manual 996 facelift for sub £12k?

I bought a 3.6 C2 coupe manual facelift at new year for £13k 74k miles from a trader. Had a drive belt bearing seize after a couple of months so that cost me a few hundred quid in replacing all pulleys to be safe. Oh and the cost of joining the RAC from the side on the M4. Aircon not great. Might just be a regas but preparing myself to replace condensors but it's not been warm enough yet to bother me. If they do need doing then I am putting a grill over the front air vents to protect the condensors. I looked at 3.4 and 3.6. I just went for the right car for me
