Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 - New tyre that looks very exciting

Not in 18", I moved from my Cayman to 986 4 year ago, they were not available then in 18" and for some time after.
 
Sure, was replying to the person that was discussing when they came out.

This new tyre will cause chaos if they really call it the S5. You'd expect it to be the 5S.
 
Porsche recommended XL load rating on many of the fitments for their cars, including the 911.

What do you think makes them incompatible with a sports car?

No particular reason, just read that they weigh more. :) Thanks for the info.
