Macan window drops when car locked

Hi all,

When it got really cold I opened the passenger window to clear the snow on it and I think some fell inside the crack where the window goes.

Now each time I close the window it drops back down to about a third. I have to close it incrementally until it's appears fully closed, If I let it go up automatically it drops back down. Also today when I locked the car and come back to it later, the window has dropped back down. What is causing this?

Have you tried the usual 911 retrain?

This is window all way down for 5 secs, and all way up for 5 secs?
