Brakes

Yes indeed Peter a 3.8

AMS in Kimpton quoting £1,021.20 all in which is great and will use Textar pads and discs (3 hours labour). They have been well mentioned several times on the forums and have said they have no issues with Textar products.
that's a good price

Buy the parts, go to any competent garage but choose an area that isn’t that nice or affluent, £200-£300labour and you’re done, change your brake fluid too if you haven’t done it in a a year or so.

Failing that and you’re the go to diyman at home, scrap the fluid change, jack her up buy a caliper spreader off Amazon and spend the day embracing your macho side!

AMS did them for me - great outfit and braking now transformed!!

although caveat that comment, you've gone from worn brakes to new brakes, the same feeling from any brake change
