Having undertaken some major preventative maintenance to my car I have some bits for sale. AOS, Alternator & Tandem pump are being disposed of tomorrow so be quick if it's any use.
New: -
71 Deg C Low temperature thermostat (bare no housing) & thermostat housing gasket (I fitted a Hartech one in the end that also come bare) - £30 delivered. You will need to re-use your thermostat housing.
Alternator voltage regulator pack (Bosch brand). Most alternators only need replacement of the voltage regulator which is easily unbolted form the back of the alternator. (I snapped the mounting ear of the alternator on removal so bought a brand new unit instead :-( ) £30 delivered.
Used but known working without issue when removed: -
4 O2 sensors circa 7K miles. Fit 2006 onward models and not the 2004/2005 versions. I bought these fitted to some 7K mile old cargraphic X-pipe cats, as my car is a 2005 (but MY2006 with later engine block) it uses the old style O2 sensors and connectors so I couldn't use them and bought new. Appear to be Porsche supplied as Porsche part nos on them so ~ £200 each new!.

997.1 MAF sensor - OEM assumed 15 years/55K miles old but decided to fit new as I was doing O2 sensors. £140 new for Bosch and £500 new for a Porsche item - May be useful for testing if yours is faulty - £30 delivered.
997.1 old style coil packs - Qty 4. I've swapped to all new design. No cracking on these and working fine without fault code or issue. £20 for 2 delivered. Again may help to identify an issue cheaply.
